Rainbow Railroad information night to help LGBTQI refugees from East Africa

The increase of violence against LGBTQI people in Uganda has led to a number of people fleeing to neighboring countries.

There are around hundreds of people in refugee camps who identify as LGBTQI to date.

Many of them are regularly harassed and at times attacked by fellow refugees because of their sexual orientation.

To help those refugees who are in grave danger, the Rainbow Railroad is organizing an information night.

Date: Thursday, 11th of October 2018

Location: Centre for Social Innovation Annex Location, 'The Garage', 720 Bathurst Street, Toronto

Time: 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m
