Refugee claimants who received a negative response are invited by FCJ Refugee Centre to an information session.
Participants will be able to learn more on:
What they should do if they received a negative decision on their hearing
Where they should go if they want to appeal
Who can help them prepare an appeal
Are they eligible for an appeal
Refugee claimants will also know the steps to follow and how to document their appeal before the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD)
Front line workers, placement students, staff, and volunteers are also welcome to join the session.
