To help you recharge, the Refugee Sponsorship Training Program (RSTP) is organizing a workshop.

The following topics will be covered:

  • What is emotional fatigue and why self-care is essential

  • Strategies to reduce stress daily

  • How to cope with stress through exercises

  • Tips and activities to take care of oneself
