IRCC’s Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program will restart in early 2022

The Refugee Sponsorship Training Program (RSTP) announces that IRCC’s Blended Visa Office-Referred (BVOR) program will restart in early 2022.

The program will continue to open doors and hearts, and give people in Canada a chance to sponsor refugees.
