About the workshop

Trust is an essential component of any healthy relationship. Does your sponsor group know how to build and maintain trust? Can those you sponsor rely on you to act in their best interests? Is your group reliable and worthy of their confidence? 

Join this workshop on why building trust is important in settlement practice, identify behaviors that lead to trust, and learn how to respond to creating a positive environment.
