About this Course

The professional development e-learning course Foundation of Settlement Work Level 2 provides more in-depth training materials on the immigrant and refugee serving sector.

This course is intended to help front-line practitioners working with immigrants and refugees better understand the immigrant and refugee-serving sector, values, principles, and standards for settlement work and ways to support newcomers who encounter common barriers and challenges to a successful settlement.
