Free Community Health and Information Fair

Working Women Community Centre, in partnership with the North York Family Health Team, invites you to the upcoming free Community Health and Information Fair.

Services available:

• Pap test if eligible
• Referral for colorectal and/or breast cancer screening if eligible
• Talk to a health care professional about pap tests and other cancer screening programs

Notes:

• Please bring your OHIP card (Ontario Health Card) if you have one and are interested in a pap test.
• Health care services and referrals are free.
• A female nurse practitioner will provide the care at the clinic. This will not impact your family doctor if you have one.
