A one-hour online information-sharing and discussion around navigating disputes or misunderstandings that lead to conflict.

Gain some new skills or refresh existing approaches on dealing with conflict by identifying sources and learning how to implement problem-solving strategies that both sponsor and newcomer can use to ensure a healthy relationship.
