PRIVATE REFUGEE SPONSOR NETWORK (Ontario) invites you to the upcoming Lunch & Learn workshop: Understanding Cultural Sensitivity

Does your private refugee sponsor group understand the nuances of cross-cultural communication and the importance of words, actions, gestures, and body language in cultivating relationships with people from different cultures?

Join the workshop to learn how to recognize cultural differences better while not judging people based on those differences and how behaviour and decision-making are influenced by cultural experience.

In this one-hour Lunch & Learn, hear from an experienced settlement case worker who will help us all be more aware of cultural sensitivity in settlement.
