Introduction to the N4 IEHP Resource Hub
OCASI and N4 are pleased to invite you to a presentation of the N4 Resource Centre for Internationally Educated Healthcare Professionals (IEHP)
About the N4 IEHP Resource Hub
Settlement workers are relied upon to provide guidance to newcomers seeking optimal employment. For regulated professionals, the foreign credential recognition process is complex and lengthy. Currently, less than half of internationally educated nurses and physicians are able to secure employment in their profession.
The N4 IEHP Resource Hub is a comprehensive platform offering practical tools and resources to help internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) and those who support them, ensuring access to the most up-to-date information in this rapidly changing environment of foreign credential assessment. This session will provide an overview of these resources, equipping the settlement sector with the tools needed to promote optimal employment for their clients. With only 40% of immigrant nurses and physicians working in their fields, it’s crucial to connect IEHPs with the right resources to unlock their full potential.
