Webinar 2: Risks of Economic Abuse Among Older Immigrant Women

OCASI / Initiative to End Gender-Based Violence in collaboration with Women Abuse Council of Toronto (WomenACT) is pleased to bring you a two-part webinar series on how service providers can better support immigrant and refugee women with intersecting identities.

Older immigrant women face unique challenges and risk factors of economic abuse due to the intersections of immigration and age.

Course Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss the unique experiences of older immigrant women experiencing economic abuse
  2. Engage in interactive case scenarios and solutions
  3. Learn best practices for service providers to support older immigrant women

We welcome all service providers that work directly and indirectly with survivors of GBV to participate!
